REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Unique Crown, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our hair care and beauty products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at octavia@newops-group.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, our products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, used, or tampered with. Because these products cannot be resold after use, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after use.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
